A reminder that our Reconciliation Parent/ Child Workshop will be on Thursday, 17th August at 5:30pm in the school hall. All children enrolled to receive the Sacrament this year are required to attend with a parent/ caregiver.
On Monday, 21st August, all Year 3 students will be participating in a spiritual retreat at the 24/7 Youth Ministry Centre in Osborne Park. The main aim of the retreat is to allow students to experience and discuss the many concepts that they have learned about the forgiveness and the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
Mr John McCabe and Mrs Kylie Phillips will be accompanying the students. Please keep us in your prayers on this day, as it is such a spiritually uplifting day for both the students and the teachers.
We will be leaving school at 9:00am and will return to school by 2:30pm. Please note that this is retreat is only for Year 3 students. Year 2 students will remain at school on this day.
The students will be provided with Red Rooster for lunch at the venue, however, they are required to bring their own recess, drink bottle and hat. The students may wear free dress on the day. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.
