On Wednesday, 14th August, Year Three students will be visiting Bunnings, Innaloo, for a Father’s Day workshop. During the workshop they will use a variety of materials and tools to create a handmade gift for a significant male in their life. The skills needed to complete the task meet requirements from both the Technologies and Visual Arts curriculum.
Students will walk to and from Bunnings, departing school at 9:30am and arriving back at approximately 11:30am. I require a number of parents to assist with this excursion. Parent helpers will be given a small group of students to walk to and from the venue with and supervise during the workshop. Please let me know via the link below if you are able to help.
A paper permission slip will come home with your child today in their school bag. A copy is also located via the link below if required. Please return the form no later than Monday, 12th August.
