Term 3 Kindy Parent Helper Roster Information

Commencing in Term 3, a voluntary Parent Helper Roster will run every Monday and Thursday between 8:30am and 10:30am, as well as on Tuesday’s between 1:30pm and 2:45pm .  The roster will begin in Week 2 and conclude in Week 9.

During the session, the parent helper will be allocated a small group and asked to complete an activity with the students in the Kindy classroom.

If you would like to volunteer, the roster will be managed through Microsoft Bookings and the details below should assist in booking a suitable day.

  1. Click on the link located below.
  2. Select any bolded date between Tuesday, 23rd July and Thursday, 12th September and click on the time slot available.  All other dates will be greyed out and un clickable.  Once a date has been booked by a parent it will also be immediately greyed out.
  3. Once booked, families will receive an email confirming the booking.  If required, the email also provides a link that enables you to cancel your selected time and choose an alternative.
  4. A reminder email will automatically be sent 24 hours before your scheduled meeting.

On the day of your rostered parent help, please sign in at the front office first, before heading to the Kindy classroom.

In addition, all volunteers at St Dominic’s are now required to complete a Working With Children Check (WWCC) Volunteer Declaration form located on the link below.  Please ensure that this form is completed prior to your visit.
