The P&F are running a Sausage Sizzle event at Bunnings Innaloo on Sunday 25th October. Traditionally this event has been a great money earner for our school. Due to the Covid-19 situation Bunnings has outlined a requirement of additional volunteers per shift.
This event is being run by the Year 4 and Year 3 classes, however, due to Confirmation also occurring on that date, a number of families are unavailable to help, hence we are requesting support from the wider St Dominic’s school community.
As stipulated by Bunnings, we require people for the following roles per 2 hour shift:
- Usher/ Meet and Greet
- Order – take payment (we are sorting a cashless payment option too)
- Cook
- Cook
- Assembly/Serve
- Assembly/Serve/Collect
We are calling for ANYONE, friends and family of St Dominics, who would be able to assist us on this day. So if you have time available during one of the below times frames we would love to hear from you!
7:00am – 9:30am
9:30am – 11:30am
11:30am – 2:00pm
2.00pm – 4:30pm
If you are able to assist us in filling any of the positions we require, then please respond ASAP via the online form below. We require responses no later than Friday, 25th September. If we are unable to fill all the positions and time slots we may need to cancel the event.
