Christmas is one of the peak times of the year where many individuals and families experiencing hardship turn to Vinnies for support. Christmas is also one of the times of the year where many people in the community generously support the work of Vinnies through financial or material donations.
This Christmas, St Dominic’s School will continue to support Vinnies by participating in the 2021 Christmas Appeal in order to help provide families with dignity and joy during the holiday season.
Hamper donation bags will be placed in each classroom for the next 5 weeks. All donations will be presented to St Vincent de Paul on Monday, 22nd November.
To uphold the dignity of those receiving the hampers, please ensure that all food items are not due to expire for another 6 months and are non-perishable. We also ask that items remain unopened.
We thank you in advance for continuing our mission to reach out to others in need.
