This term in Pre-Primary, we are learning about our community, and the people and places that keep us safe. We have learnt about ‘000’ and what to do in an emergency and all the things, people and places that make up a community. To consolidate this learning, we will be going on a walking excursion in our very own community. We will be walking to a local park for morning tea, then heading to Innaloo shops for the Woolworths Fresh Food Discovery Tour and to buy some groceries, a quick stop to the post office to post a letter, and then lunch at a different local park on the way back to school.
We will require 5 parent helpers who are prepared to travel by foot with us and to be responsible for a small group of children for the duration of the excursion. Unfortunately, parents with siblings joining them will not be suitable for volunteering as a parent helper on this excursion. If you are interesting in being a parent helper please complete the online form linked below. I will inform you as soon as possible if you have been selected to attend.
