The Innaloo/ Karrinyup Parish has a winter initiative to provide soup after the Saturday 6:00pm St Dominic’s Innaloo Mass. As part of the Parish’s vision for outreach and community building, the soup night at the Parish Centre is open to all, not just those who have attended mass.
They are seeking community support with making and serving the soup each week, as well as the setup and pack away of tables and chairs. A roster has been created with several families already volunteering their time, however, there are still a number of Saturday night slots un filled.
If your family would like to volunteer to make and/or serve soup one Saturday night, or to assist with setting up and packing away, please contact Karen (coordinator) on 0403 588 070. Below are the current dates still unfilled during the winter months.
- Saturday, 22nd June (set up and pack away)
- Saturday, 20th July
- Saturday, 27th July
- Saturday, 10th August (set up and pack away)
- Saturday, 17th August
- Saturday, 24thAugust
- Saturday, 31st August
The parish thanks you for any support you may be able to provide.
