On Wednesday, 22nd September, we will be holding our annual St Dominic’s School Open Night. Classrooms will be open from 5:30pm – 7:00pm for parents, siblings, family members and friends to come inside and have a look around.
This night provides an opportunity for your child to share their learning with you. You are encouraged to ask your child to lead you around the room, ask relevant questions, discuss their learning and be encouraging of their progress by providing supportive feedback. Please note that this is not a time to ask your child’s teacher any questions about your child’s progress or to compare your child’s work with others. If you would like to speak with your child’s teacher regarding their learning, please make an appointment to see them at an alternative time.
Children are not permitted to play on the oval, nature playgrounds or in the undercover area during this event, as there will be no supervision.
We look forward to welcoming all family members into the classroom environments to experience, see and hear all about the learning that the children have been engaged in this term. You may also like to take a look through the fence at the progress of our Stage 9 build.
