As Term 2 marches on, we progress excitingly closer to the commencement of our Stage 9 Building works. If you missed Update #1, which outlined our school’s Master Capital Development Plan as well as the Stage 9 work taking place in 2021, please click on the link below.
Master Capital Development Plan/ Stage 9 Works in 2021 – Update #1
The finer details of our building plans are now complete and the expression of interest window for potential builders has closed. Tendering on the project will begin shortly, with a successful company awarded the contract in the coming weeks. The tendering process is conducted by Paterson Group Architects in consultation with ourselves and the Capital Develpment Team at Catholic Education Western Australian.
Construction is still set to commence during the Term 2 holiday break, with all work scheduled to be completed prior to the start of the 2022 school year. As was previously shared, our Kindy, Pre Primary and Year 1 classrooms will be set up and ready to go in their new locations at the start of Term 3.
Patterson Group Architects have recently provided us with some internal and external imagery, which I have attached below. These images depict what some of the projects will look like upon completion.
