Over the holidays the Parish received the news that Fr Bernard is moving from the Parish of Innaloo/Karrinyup. He will commence at his new Parish from the beginning of June, after returning from leave in May. Fr Bernard has been a valued and involved member of our community over the last six years, supporting students, staff and families with genuine care and kindness. We are thankful for the time, energy and love that he has shared with our school community and wish him all the best.
Fr Bernard warmly invites the whole parish community to the 9:30am Mass on Sunday 4th May as he gives thanks to God and to the parishioners for their love and support over the past six years. A special morning tea to farewell Fr Bernard will take place following the 9:30am Thanksgiving Mass. It will be held in the St Dominic’s School hall. Please bring a plate of food to share (and please leave it at the back of the church before mass).
Parishioners are invited to leave a message (and family photo if you wish) for Fr Bernard in the book placed at the back of the church this weekend.
