Congratulations once again to our swimmers, who represented St Dominic’s so wonderfully at the Interschool Swimming Carnival earlier this week, we could not be prouder of the efforts that our students gave on the day. Our continual improvement is a testament to the hard work our students have put in over the last four weeks at the early morning training sessions.
We would like to thank the following people for their help on the day of the carnival:
- Gemma Elliss for taking on one of the not so great jobs of the day, your help was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
- Stirling Bovell, Kasey Wheatley and Rosie Stewart for helping out on the day of the carnival.
- All the parents for getting the students to and from the early morning training sessions at Scarborough Pool.
Results on the day were as follows:
Overall – 6th Place
Boys shield – 7th place
Girls shield – 5th place
We are very much looking forward to seeing what we can continue to achieve in the sporting field throughout 2023.
